Recording and streaming main stage sessions, breakout sessions, and keynotes for a multi-day event with over dozesns of sessions and speakers.

Our Solution

The Northwest Event Show is the premier annual event industry show in the Pacific Northwest, and is attended by event professionals from across the region. The show features a variety of speakers, exhibitors, and networking opportunities, and is a key event for the event industry in the region. The Washington State Convention Center's 100,000 square foot Summit building was the perfect venue for the show, large enough to accomodate the attendees, expo hall, main stage, breakout rooms, and special events.

In addition to a lively exposition hall, the show features a main stage with keynote speakers, and breakout sessions with expert speakers. We provided audio and video services for the main stage sessions, breakout sessions, and keynotes.

The main stage featured a large video wall, and we provided a team of camera operators to capture the action from multiple angles, as well as a team of audio engineers to capture the audio from the main stage sessions. The video feed was integrated into a custom graphics package before being streamed to remote event attendees via the event platform. Our team designed and produced the dynamic motion graphics and sizzle reels for the video wall, to provide high-impact visuals for event attendees.

Three breakout rooms each featured a LED Video Walls for presenters to utilize. The lower portion of the video walls featured live captioning for attendees with hearing impairments. Each breakout room was recorded and streamed to the event platform.
