The Challenge

Amazon AWS has a huge team of technical field enablement experts, and needed a way to bring them together to share knowledge and best practices. Many AWS technical experts were in town for the event, but even more were participating remotely from locations across the globe.

Our Solution

The TFC Summit Week (TSW) is an internal conference focused on technical field enablement, held at the Hyatt Regency Convention Center in Seattle and virtually for all 18K TFC participants

Atomic provided multi-camera broadcast and audio equipment for the event, and well as key staff to produce the live webcast. The Hyatt convention center's incumbant A/V Vendor provided staging, lighting and projectors. Amazon's own elite event management techinical team handled encoding & transmission to an internal platform.
