The Challenge
Creating a broadcast studio designed specifically for live esports events is a unique techinical and creative challenge.
Our Solution
We helped Turn 10 Studios create the Forza Studio in Seattle to support the Forza Racing Championship. As the FRC program wound down, there was still a need for a esports-ready broadcast studio in the Seattle area. We decided to open the studio to the public, and the Seattle Esports Studio was born.
The project begain before the pandemic and was designed from the beginning to utilize remote production techniques. When the pandemic hit, the studio was well suited to the global shift to remote production techniques.
The space was utilized for Forza Monthly shows, Microsoft Special Olympics projects, for Magic the Gathering Players Tour, D&D Live, Pro Battle League, the Crown Channel and more.
Due to the remote production workflows, during the pandemic variety of corporate events and fundraisers, and was rented out to other production companies for a variety of projects.
We quickly outgrew the facility and transitioned to the larger G-Town Studios in Seattle.
