Our camera ops needed a convenient way to secure them to their camera pedestals while still being able to easily access the controls.
We designed a custom beltpack mount that works with our Green Go intercom beltpacks, but also works with other brands like the Clear Com Freespeak II. It is also a convenient place to hang a headset while not in use.
The mount is fabricated out of PLA with headed thread inserts, and is securite to the camera pedestal with a 1/4-20 screws.
We are in the process of re-designing the mount to increase durability, and we are considering adding a quick-release mechanism to make it easier to remove from the pedestal.
